摘　　要：在新冠肺炎疫情联防联控中,社区网格化管理发挥了重要的作用。然而,内涵的欠缺使其难以达到精准化管理的要求。通过社区健康服务的实践及探索,将家庭医生制度与现有的社区网格化系统相融合,构建了一个新型的社区网格化健康平台,完成了社区基本医疗、公共卫生和健康管理等服务,同时还实施网格化、精准化管理,确保了各项疫情防控任务的落实。In the joint prevention and control of the COVID-19,community grid management has played an important role.However,the lack of connotation makes it difficult to meet the requirements of precise management.Through the practice and exploration of community health services,the family doctor system was integrated with the existing community grid system to build a new community grid health platform and complete community basic medical care,public health and health management services.At the same time,it also implemented grid-based and precise management to ensure the implementation of various epidemic prevention and control tasks.
