摘　　要：颅内外搏动性耳鸣是耳鼻喉科常见症状,病因繁杂,治疗方式多样。错误的病因诊断可能导致不正确的治疗方式,引发严重不良后果。因此,治疗前通过体检及影像学检查明确病因至关重要。该文通过对既往搏动性耳鸣病因及影像学特征相关文献回顾,结合作者临床经验,阐述了各种病因引发的搏动性耳鸣的典型临床表现、影像学特点和与之相关的解剖学基础,分析了针对搏动性耳鸣的个性化影像学检查方法和路径,以提高搏动性耳鸣分析和诊断水平,为介入诊疗提供帮助。Clinically,intracranial and extracranial pulsatile tinnitus is a common symptom in otolaryngological department.Its etiology is complicated,and its treatment is varied.A wrong etiological diagnosis may lead to incorrect treatment and severe adverse consequences.Therefore,it is essential to identify the cause of this symptom through physical and imaging examination before treatment.Based on the review of published literature concerning the etiology and imaging features of pulsatile tinnitus and the authors’experience in clinical practice,this paper expounds the typical clinical manifestations and the imaging features with their anatomical basis of pulsatile tinnitus induced by various causes.The individualized imaging examination methods and pathways specialized for pulsatile tinnitus are evaluated in order to improve the analysis and diagnosis ability of pulsatile tinnitus and provide useful information for interventional treatment.(J Intervent Radiol,2020,29:1056-1060)
