豫文化视角下基于Pareto/TRIZ集成理论的多功能梳子创新设计

摘　　要：创新设计了一款具有豫文化特色,集梳、吹、卷于一体的多功能梳子。利用Pareto遗传算法计算出符合多目标函数的Pareto前沿解,结合相关专业人士从中确定关键设计参数;利用TRIZ理论的39个工程参数和40个发明原理解决产品设计中的技术冲突;同时将豫文化特色融入到产品创新中,地方特色文化以实物的方式体现出来。遗传算法为产品尺寸设计提供理论基础,TRIZ为产品技术冲突提供很好的解决思路,地方特色文化给产品带来更大的观赏使用价值。三者的有机结合,使多功能梳子的价值不但在商业方面、文化传播方面及实用性方面均得到很大程度提升。A multifunctional comb with Henan cultural characteristics,combing,blowing and rolling in one was innovative designed.The Pareto genetic algorithm is used to calculate the Pareto frontier solution in accordance with the multi-objective function,and the key design parameters are determined by combining relevant professionals;39 engineering parameters and 40 invention principles of TRIZ theory are used to solve the technical conflicts in product design;at the same time,the cultural characteristics of Henan Province are integrated into the product innovation,and the local characteristic culture is embodied in the form of physical objects.Genetic algorithm provides a theoretical basis for product size design,TRIZ provides a good solution for product technology conflict,and local culture brings greater ornamental value to products.The organic combination of the three makes the value of multi-functional comb not only in business,cultural communication,but also in practical aspects.
