摘 要:针对建筑施工设备螺纹连接中的稳定性和流动性特点,结合现有设备的优势和不足,创新设计了极小空间用螺纹扳手。在扳手设计中,充分运用了蜗轮蜗杆传动具有的传动比大、单向传动、自锁性能良好的特征,设计出的极小空间用螺纹扳手自锁性能好、携带方便、适用范围广,特别适用于极小空间、自锁性能要求高的场所,在实践中极大地提高了生产效率,扩展了使用范围,缩短了安装维护周期,从而推动了建筑施工设备的使用和维护。According to the characteristics of stability and fluidity in the threaded connection of construction equipment,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the existing equipments,a screw spanner for minimal space was designed.In the design of spanner,the characteristics of the worm gear transmission such as large transmission ratio,unidirectional transmission and good self-locking performance are fully exerted.The designed screw spanner with minimal space has good self-locking performance,convenient carrying and wide application range.It is especially suitable for places with minimal space and high self-locking performance.In practice,it greatly improves the production efficiency,expands the scope of use and shortens the installation and maintenance cycle,thus promoting the use and maintenance of construction equipment.
