摘 要:心理资本和工作压力密切相关,且心理资本对工作压力具有负向预测作用。地方高校教师应更新理念,加强自身实践能力和应用技能学习,积极进行自我转型发展;高校管理部门应提供满足教师专业发展的机会和空间,引导教师结合专业特长和优势确定自身职业发展路径,助力教师良性转型;同时学校应重视转型期教师的心理健康问题,设立专业心理咨询部门,创设愉悦的工作环境,激发教师的成就感和幸福感,促进教师身心健康与专业的成长与发展。Psychological capital is closely related to work stress,and psychological capital has a negative predictive effect on work stress.College teachers should update their ideas,strengthen their own practical ability and application skills learning,and actively carry out self-transformation development;The management should provide opportunities and space to meet the professional development of teachers,guide teachers to determine their own career development paths based on their professional expertise and advantages,and help teachers to transform themselves.Meanwhile,colleges should pay attention to the mental health of teachers in the transition period,set up professional psychological counseling departments,create a pleasant working environment,stimulate teachers'sense of accomplishment and happiness,and promote teachers'physical and mental health and professional growth and development.
