比较激光泪道成形术治疗单纯鼻泪管阻塞与治疗慢性泪囊炎的效果

摘　　要：目的比较内镜下激光泪道成形联合置管术治疗单纯鼻泪管阻塞与治疗慢性泪囊炎的效果。方法回顾性系列病例研究。分析唐山市眼科医院2016年1月至12月泪道阻塞性疾病253例(286眼)的临床资料。A组,单纯鼻泪管阻塞83例(96眼);B组,慢性泪囊炎170例(190眼)。两组均行内镜下激光泪道成形联合置管术,术后3个月拔管后随访2~3年。结果A组有效率为96.9%(93/96),高于B组的86.3%(164/190),差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.804,P=0.005)。结论泪道内镜下激光泪道成形联合置管术治疗单纯鼻泪管阻塞较慢性泪囊炎有效果更好。Objective To compare the efficacy of endoscopic laser dacryoductoplasty combined with intubation for treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction and chronic dacryocystitis.Methods This was a retrospective case series study.The clinical data of 286 eyes of 253 patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction who were treated in Tangshan Ophthalmic Hospital from Jan.2016 to Dec.2016 were analysed.All cases were divided into two groups.There were 96 eyes of 83 patients with nasolacrimal duct obstruction in group A and 190 eyes of 170 patients with chronic dacryocystitis in group B.All patients in both groups underwent lacrimal endoscopic laser dacryocystoplasty combined with intubation.The extubation time was 3 months after operation.After extubation,the average follow-up time was 2-3 years.Results The effective rate was 96.9%(93/96)in group A,which was higher than 86.3%(164/190)in group B.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.804,P=0.005).Conclusion Endoscopic laser dacryoductoplasty combined with intubation in the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction is more effective than that of chronic dacryocystitis.
