研学旅行管理与服务专业人才培养模式的构建

摘　　要：研学旅行方兴未艾,研学旅行管理与服务人才培养迫在眉睫。基于研学旅行发展对管理与服务人才的需求,2019年教育部在旅游大类专业增补中,添加了研学旅行管理与服务专业。高职院校应明确研学旅行管理与服务人才培养目标,制定人才培养质量标准,构建三元制人才培养模式,搭建研学旅行教育培训平台,打造立体化教学模式,走规范化、职业化专业建设道路,发挥专兼职教师团队的力量,培养更多适应区域经济发展需要的研学旅行管理与服务人才,促进这一新业态的发展。With rapid growing of tourism research,it is urgent to train tourism research personnel.Based on the growing need for tourism research talents,the majors of research travel management and service was added by the Ministry of Education in 2019.To the construction of tourism research personnel training mode,higher vocational colleges should specify personnel training objectives,set up quality standard,adopt ternary training mode,form tourism education platform,forge solidification teaching patterns and bring diversifying teaching team into play.In this way,standardized and professionalized tourism research personnel with local characteristics can be trained to serve the development of new industries.
