摘　　要：目的观察中药银连含漱液辅助治疗妊娠期急性智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的132例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各66例。2组均给以常规局部冠周冲洗治疗:3%双氧水加0.9%生理盐水交替冲洗冠周及盲袋,连续冲洗5 d。试验组自就诊日起开始使用银连含漱液含漱,对照组使用生理盐水含漱,均每日含漱3次,连续含漱7 d。7 d后复诊复查其疗效并记录各项观察指标。结果对比治疗7 d后临床疗效,2组痊愈率和好转率d差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);2组治疗后牙龈指数比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);2组治疗1周后的疼痛情况比较,其无疼痛率和轻度疼痛率比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);2组患者病程天数比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论银连含漱液具有抗炎消肿、镇痛之功效,其辅助治疗能更好更快的促进妊娠期急性智齿冠周炎的痊愈,缩短其病程;有效缓解患者疼痛,并促进冠周牙龈恢复健康。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yinlian gargle in the treatment of acute pericoronitis of wisdom teeth during pregnancy. Methods 132 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, each with 66 patients. Both groups were treated with conventional local pericoronal flushing, continuously for 5 days. The experimental group began to use Yinlian gargle since the treatment date, and the control group used normal saline gargle, gargle 3 times a day for 7 consecutive days. The therapeutic effect was re-examined after 7 days and the observed indexes were recorded. Results After 7 days of treatment, the difference in recovery rate and improvement rate between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05), while the dif ference in total effective rate was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The dif ference of gingival index after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). After 1 week of treatment, there was a statistically significant dif ference between no pain rate and mile pain rate between the two groups(P<0.05). The dif ference of duration of recovery between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Yinlian gargle adjuvant therapy can better and faster promote the recovery of acute pericoronitis of wisdom teeth during pregnancy and shorten its course. It can effectively relieve patients’ pain and promote the recovery of pericoronal gingiva.
