摘 要:目的在研究生药理实验方法学课程中引入"项目-案例法"教学,以加强学生科学研究素质与综合创新能力的培养。方法在精选经典案例的基础上,将学生按5人/组分成若干小组,采用项目驱动教学方式开展小型的科研项目实践。结果通过教学改革实践,学生能较好掌握诸如动物模型的制备、仪器设备的使用等常见药理实验基本原理、基本方法和技能。结论引入"项目-案例法"教学改革能激发学生主动学习的积极性,初步达到了提高研究生科研素养与综合创新能力培养的教学目的。Objective To introduce"project-case method"teaching in the course of pharmacological experimental methodology for graduate students to strengthen the cultivation of students’scientific research quality and comprehensive innovation ability.Methods On the basis of selected classic cases,students were divided into several groups according to the standard of 5 people/group,and project-driven teaching methods are used to carry out small scientific research projects.Results Through the teaching reform practice,students can better master the basic principles,basic methods and skills of common pharmacological experiments such as the preparation of animal models and the use of instruments and equipment.Conclusion The introduction of the"project-case method"teaching reform can stimulate students’enthusiasm for active learning,and initially achieved the teaching purpose of improving graduate students’scientific research literacy and comprehensive innovation ability training.
