摘  要:神经节苷脂是一种含唾液酸的鞘糖脂,由亲水的寡糖链和亲脂的神经酰胺两部分组成,在信号转导和细胞黏附中发挥重要作用。GD2和GD3是含有2个唾液酸而糖基数目不同的神经节苷脂,与许多肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关,如黑素瘤、胶质瘤等,并且它们作为功能分子参与肿瘤的增殖、侵袭、和转移等生物学特性。国内外各项研究的进展已证明其在黑素瘤靶向治疗和免疫治疗等方面也发挥重要作用。文章从GD2和GD3的生物学特性及其分别在黑素瘤免疫治疗和靶向治疗方面的作用予以综述。Gangliosides, which are composed of hydrophilic oligosaccharide chain and lipophilic ceramide, play an important role in signal transduction and cell adhesion. GD2 and GD3 are gangliosides containing two sialic acids with different glycosyl groups, which are closely related to the occurrence and development of many tumors, such as melanoma, glioma and so on, and may promote the proliferation and metastasis of tumor cells through many ways. At the same time, with the progress of various studies at home and abroad, it has been proved that GD2 and GD3 play an important role in targeted therapy and immunotherapy of melanoma. This paper reviews the biological characteristics of GD2 and GD3, as well as their roles in targeted therapy and immunotherapy of melanoma.
