摘　　要：利用分位数回归的方法分析家庭可支配收入对家庭医疗保健支出的影响分位数回归不仅能够全面地描述条件随机变量在不同分位点处随解释变量的变化情况,而且解决了均值回归易受极端值影响的问题.通过建立分位数回归模型估计不同分位点处的影响系数,结果显示家庭可支配收入对医疗保健支出有显著影响,并且在较低的分位点处的影响比在较高的分位点处的影响要大.This paper uses the quantile regression method to analyze the impact of household disposable income on household health care expenditure.Quantile regression not only can fully describe the var-iation of conditional random variables with explanatory variables at different quantile points,but also solves the problem that the mean regression is vulnerable to extreme values.The influence coefficients at different quantile points were estimated by establishing quantile regression model.The results show that household disposable income has a significant impact on health care expenditure.And the influence at the lower quantile is greater than the influence at the higher quantile.
