摘  要:目的探索适合超声医学第二年住院医师规范化培训临床思维培养的情境教学方法,以培养学生解决问题的能力、临床思维能力和操作技能等综合素质。方法我院2018级超声医学专业住院医师规范化培训的全部学员24名,随机分为两组,其中实验组以情境模拟教学法教学,对照组以传统教学法教学。教学后进行超声医学课程知识考核,上机操作技能考核,诊断报告书写考核,学员对带教老师评价考核,并比较两组成绩。结果超声医学课程知识考核成绩比较,实验组的考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);上机操作技能考核成绩比较,实验组的考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);诊断报告书写成绩比较,实验组的考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);学员对带教老师教学质量的评价比较,实验组的考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在超声医学第二年住院医师规范化培训学员中应用情境模拟教学法,可有效培养学员解决问题的能力、协作能力,提高学员上机操作的技能。Objective To explore a situational teaching method suitable for the clinical thinking training of resident physicians in the second year of ultrasonic medicine,so as to cultivate students'comprehensive qualities such as problem-solving ability,clinical thinking ability and operation skills.Methods 24 students of the standardized training for resident physicians of ultrasonic medicine in our hospital of grade 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was taught by situational simulation teaching method,while the control group was taught by traditional teaching method.After the teaching,ultrasonic medical course knowledge assessment,computer operation skills assessment,diagnostic report writing assessment,students'evaluation assessment of the teacher,and the results of the two groups were compared.Results The examination results of ultrasonic medical curriculum knowledge were higher in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the test results of computer operation skills,the test results of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The test results of the diagnostic report writing assessment,students'evaluation assessment of the teacher in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of situational simulation teaching method in the standardized training of residents in the second year of ultrasonic medicine can effectively cultivate students'problem-solving ability and cooperation ability,and improve their skills in computer operation.
