摘　　要：目的探讨操作技能直接观察评估(direct observation of procedural skills,DOPS)在内科规培住院医师临床技能培训中的应用及价值。方法选取昆明医科大学第二附属医院内科规培住院医师101名(其中2014级33人、2015级40人、2016级28人),在培训的三年过程中,每名规培住院医师每年分别采用DOPS接受三次临床技能操作考核,比较其三年期间临床技能操作成绩,并通过问卷调查,评价教师及规培医师的满意度。结果规培医师第二年DOPS测评项目成绩高于第一年(P<0.05),第三年DOPS测评项目成绩显著高于第一年(P<0.05),教师和规培医师对DOPS考核满意度均达90%以上。结论DOPS是一种简单易行的临床技能考核评估方法,值得在内科住院医师规范化培训过程中推广。Objective To explore the application and value of direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)in clinical skills training of the standardized training of internal medical residents.Methods A total of 101 resident physicians were selected from The Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University(including 33 in grade 2014,40 in grade 2015,and 28 in grade 2016).During the three-year training period,each resident received three clinical skill operation examinations with DOPS each year,and compared their clinical skill operation results during the three-year training period.The satisfaction of teachers and trained residents was evaluated by questionnaires.Results The scores of DOPS evaluation items in the second year were higher than those in the first year(P<0.05).The scores of DOPS evaluation items in the third year were significantly higher than those in the first year(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teachers and trained residents with DOPS evaluation reached more than 90%.Conclusion DOPS is a simple and easy method for assessing clinical skills,which is worth popularizing in the standardized training of internal medical residents.
