摘　　要：《教育规划纲要》颁布实施推动我国高等教育改革取得了重大进展。主要体现在:加强党对高等学校的领导,促进高等教育人才培养体制改革、高等学校招生考试改革、现代大学制度建设、高等学校办学体制改革,高等教育管理体制改革、高等教育扩大对外开放等方面,全面推进了高等学校立德树人根本任务的落实。The promulgation and implementation of Outline of China’s National Plan for Medium and Longterm Education Reform and Development(2010-2020)has promoted China’s higher education reform and made great progress,which is mainly reflected in strengthening the party’s leadership over colleges and universities,promoting the reform of personnel training system in higher education,the reform of college enrollment and examination,the construction of modern university system,the reform of school running system,and higher education The reform of management system and the opening up of higher education to the outside world have comprehensively promoted the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating talents in colleges and universities.
