国内高校学术人员科研动机实证研究——基于超功利性规范及其反规范的视角

摘　　要：针对被广泛热议的科研学术功利化现象,借助科学规范理论的视角,采用量化研究的范式。研究发现,在当前国内高校学术共同体中,功利性动机对学术人员进行科学研究和评价工作具有很大的影响,而超功利性规范的影响作用相对较小;国内高校学术人员的各种身份因素在不同程度上影响着其超功利性动机和功利性动机的状态;经济生活压力和绩效考核压力对国内高校学术人员的超功利性动机和功利性动机具有显著影响。进而结合相关研究结论提出:要大力提高科研学术人员基本生活待遇和保障;大幅增加对自主探索类科研项目的支持;改革指标化评价体系,适当淡化绩效考核;在研究生培养中加强超功利性规范养成四项改进建议。In this quantitative research on the utilitarianism of domestic scientific community,it is found,in terms of the theory of scientific norms,that(1)interests-oriented motivation over weights disinterested motivation when the faculties doing research and peer reviews,(2)the status of being more disinterested or more interested is influenced more or less by the factors related to the faculties’identity and(3)the pressures from economic life and performance evaluation system both influence the faculties’scientific motivation.Based on those findings,four suggestions are put forward:(1)greatly improving the faculties’basic salary and welfare,(2)increasing the number of autonomous exploration projects funded,(3)reforming the quantification evaluation model of research with minimizing the importance of KPI,(4)stressing disinterestedness motivation of the postgraduate,especially of the doctoral students.
