摘  要:为了提高XJR公司售后服务信息化建设的水平,针对XJR公司售后维修服务方式、业务流程和公司内容管理信息化等方面进行系统的研究。采用了Web技术和面向对象UML建模技术设计了企业售后维修服务系统模型,设计了实体类、数据访问对象层、系统业务逻辑层、报修管理模块和发货管理模块,最后对售后维修服务系统业务数据进行了构建。通过建立基于B/S模式的售后维修服务系统,提高企业售后维修服务信息化管理水平,实现一个利用计算机技术管理客户和企业的信息化管理平台。In order to improve the level of after-sales service informatization construction for XJR company,the after-sales maintenance service mode,business process and content management informatization of XJR company are systematically studied in this paper.Then the model of enterprise after-sales maintenance service system is designed by using web technology and object-oriented UML analysis technology,and the entity class,data access object layer,system business logic layer,repair management module and delivery management module are designed.Finally,the database of after-sales maintenance service system is modeled,which strives to meet the needs of customers and enterprises to realize the information management level of after-sales maintenance service by using the Internet in terms of function.Through the establishment of after-sales maintenance service system based on B/S mode,the enterprise after-sales maintenance service information management level is improved,and an information management platform for customer and enterprise management by using computer technology is realized.
