摘  要:通过运用自动光学检测技术,对降低印制板组装件自动光学检测的误判率进行了研究与实践,从确定定位点选取模式、检测程序和参数的优化、工装的设计及优化3个方面进行检测质量控制和优化,大幅度降低了自动光学检测的误判率,既实现了印制板检验工序的自动化,也提高了自动光学检验的可靠性和准确性,为产品质量保驾护航。Through the application of automatic optical inspection technology,the research and practice of reducing misjudgment rates of automatic optical inspections for printed circuit board assembly parts are carried out.The existing detection quality control and optimization are implemented in three aspects:the selection mode of positioning points,the optimization of detection procedures and parameters,and the design and optimization of tooling.The misjudgment rate of automatic optical detections is greatly reduced,and the printed circuit board inspection is realized.The degree of automation of inspection process also improves the reliability and accuracy of automatic optical inspections,and promotes the product quality.
