摘　　要：档案学本科实践教学是应用型学科培养的必要环节,也是提升学生专业素养和实操能力的有力抓手。文章基于苏州大学文正学院档案实训中心建设情况,结合ADDIE模型在档案实践教学中的运用,探讨专业实践教学在教学分析、教学设计、教学开发、教学实施以及教学评价等阶段的主要工作,以期构建能够满足专业发展要求和社会需求的档案学专业实践教学体系,提升档案学本科专业学生的实践能力和学科素养。Practice teaching of Archival Science is a necessary link of professional training,it is also a powerful grasp to improve students’professional quality and practical ability.This thesis is based on the construction of Archives Training Center in Wenzheng College of Soochow University,combine the ADDIE Model with practice teaching,discussing the main work in teaching analysis,design,development,implementation,and evaluation.The purpose is to build a practical teaching system of archival science,which can meet the requirements of professional development and social needs,and improve the practical ability and discipline quality of archives undergraduate students.
