摘　　要：《医门法律》是我国第一部全面探讨医德规范的专著,为清初名医喻昌阐述临床辨证论治之法则、揭示临床诊治之禁律的力作。剖析《医门法律》医德规范思想形成背景以及“医者笃于情”“医为人之司命,先奉大戒为入门”等具体的医德规范思想,并指出《医门法律》医德规范思想的特点及意义。Medical Law is the first monograph on medical ethics in China,is the first book of Qing Dynasty famous doctor Yu Jiayan described the clinical syndrome differentiation rules,called rule;to reveal the clinical diagnosis and treatment of errors that the law monograph.Analysis of the Background of the Formation of Medical Ethics Normalization was carried out.Thought in Medical Law and the medical ethics standard of compassion,doctors dominate human life should obey the precepts first,and point out the characteristics and significance of medical ethics standardization thought in Medical Law.
