摘　　要：目的基于供给侧改革探索中西医结合人才培养模式。方法通过问卷调查,发现现有培养模式的弊端,探索符合社会及区域发展的中西医结合人才培养路径。结果调查发现现有培养模式下,学生实践能力不足,理论不能与实践结合,中医经典应用能力不足,医患沟通能力不足等问题,根据上述问题,构建“树仁德之心-纳百家之长-精临床之能-重创新发展-多协同育人”五位一体人才培养新路径。结论基于供给侧改革构建中西医结合人才培养路径,有利于提升人才培养质量,传承中西医结合事业发展。Objective To explore the talent training mode of integrated Chinese and Western medicine based on the supply-side reform.Methods Through questionnaire survey,we found out the disadvantages of the existing training mode,and explored the cultivation pathway of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine talents in line with social and regional development.Results The results of the survey found that the existing cultivation mode,the students’practical ability is insufficient,the theory cannot be combined with practice,application ability of traditional Chinese medicine is insufficient,lack of doctor-patient communication skills,according to the above issues,a new talent training mode was established,which was called“medical ethics-containment-medical skill-innovation-collaboration”.Conclusion Based on the supply-side reform,constructing the talent cultivation path of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is conducive to improving the quality of cultivation and inheriting the development of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
