摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环在规培医生临床技能培训中心的应用。方法对广东省中医院2016级中医规培生第三季度急救技能考核考生进行PDCA循环模式改革,培训结束后进行考核,并与第二季度未进行PDCA循环培训考生成绩进行比较。结果PDCA循环教学模式下规培生的考核成绩优于传统技能培训模式下考生的成绩(P<0.05)。结论在临床技能培训中实施PDCA循环法管理,有利于培养规培生临床实践的应对能力,并能持续改进技能培训的教学质量,使得技能培训工作能够做到规范化、系统化。Objective To explore PDCA cycle model work at the training center of standardized training doctors.Methods The PDCA circulation mode reform was carried out for the third quarter first-aid skill assessment candidates of grade 2016 in Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.After the exam,we compared the examine scores of the third quarter between the second quarter.Results In general,after using PDCA circular teaching mode,the candidates scored higher than they were in traditional training mode(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing PDCA cycle management in clinical skills training not only can develop the ability to cope with the clinical practice,and also improve the teaching quality of skill training.Overall,it enables the skill training work to achieve standardization and systematization.
