摘 要:文章旨在讨论日粮添加米糠油和钙皂对羔羊生长性能、氮平衡和瘤胃发酵性能的影响。试验将120只体重接近的21 d日龄羔羊分为3组,每组5个重复,每个重复8只(公母各半)。断奶前羊羔每天哺乳两次,并提供浓缩料和粗饲料。对照组饲喂常规精料混合料,米糠油组组饲喂添加4%米糠油的精料混合料,钙皂组饲喂4%的钙皂化米糠油精料混合料。结论:日粮添加米糠油显著降低了羔羊浓缩料、干物质和其他养分摄入量(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,钙皂日粮组显著提高了浓缩料、干物质、粗蛋白质和代谢能摄入量(P<0.05)。对照组和钙皂组氮摄入量和沉积量显著高于米糠油组(P<0.05),而对照组较米糠油和钙皂组显著提高了粪氮含量(P<0.05)。钙皂组羔羊的末重、体增重、日增重、屠体重、热胴体重最高,对照组其次,米糠油组最低(P<0.05),但米糠油组料重比表现最高,对照组其次,钙皂组最低(P<0.05)。对照组较处理组显著降低血清胆固醇含量和瘦肉率(P<0.05)。米糠油和钙皂较对照组显著降低了的总挥发性脂肪酸含量及乙酸、丙酸和丁酸含量(P<0.05)。羔羊饲喂4 h后,钙皂日粮中总挥发性脂肪酸、乙酸和丙酸含量显著升高(P<0.05),但米糠油组瘤胃乙酸含量较饲喂0 h后显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:羔羊在断奶后日粮添加40 g/kg米糠钙皂可提高精料摄入量,从而提高能量摄入量、体增重,改善胴体性能和饲料转化率。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of rice bran oil and calcium soap on growth performance,nitrogen balance and rumen fermentation performance of lambs.The 120 lambs with the similar weight at 21 d were divided into 3 groups with 5 replicates and 8 replicates(male and female halves).Before weaning,lambs are suckled twice a day and are provided with concentrate and rouged feed.The control group was fed with conventional concentrate mixture,the rice bran oil group was fed with concentrate mixture containing 4%rice bran oil,and the calcium soap group was fed with 4%calcium soap rice bran oil concentrate mixture.Results showed that rice bran oil significantly reduced the intake of concentrate,dry matter and other nutrients(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the calcium soap diet group significantly increased the intake of concentrate,dry matter,crude protein and metabolic energy(P<0.05).The nitrogen intake and deposition of the control group and the calcium soap group were significantly higher than that of the rice bran oil group(P<0.05),while the fecal nitrogen content of the control group was significantly higher than that of the rice bran oil group and the calcium soap group(P<0.05).The final weight,body weight gain,daily weight gain,slaughters’weight and hot carcass weight of lambs in the calcium soap group were the highest,followed by the lowest in the control group and the lowest in the rice bran oil group(P<0.05),but the highest in the rice bran oil group and the lowest in the calcium soap group(P<0.05).Compared with the treatment group,the control group significantly reduced the serum cholesterol content and lean meat rate(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the contents of total volatile fatty acids,acetic acid,propionic acid and butyric acid were significantly reduced in rice bran oil and calcium soap(P<0.05).The contents of total volatile fatty acids,acetic acid and propionic acid in the calcium soap diet of lambs increased significantly after 4 h
