摘 要:为探讨单色绿光对坝上长尾鸡肉蛋兼用型品种鸡胚胎期肌肉发育的影响,选用160个的受精卵随机分成4组,试验组用波长为(525±10)nm的绿光照射12 h黑暗12 h的连续光照模式,光照度分别为弱光组30~80 lx,中光组90~140 lx,强光组150~200 lx;对照组始终保持黑暗。分别在12,14,16,18,20胚龄随机取3个种蛋,取胚胎的腿肌、胸肌制作石蜡切片,测量各胚龄腿肌和胸肌组织纤维的直径和横截面积。结果表明:20胚龄时,经中光组照射孵化的坝上长尾鸡腿肌肌纤维直径和横截面积、胸肌肌纤维直径显著高于其余3组(P<0.05),而经强光组照射孵化的坝上长尾鸡胸肌肌纤维直径和横截面积均显著小于黑暗组(P<0.05)。孵化期使用中光组(90~140 lx)绿光照射可以促进鸡胚胎期肌纤维发育,而强光组(150~200 lx)绿光照射对坝上长尾鸡胚胎期胸肌肌纤维发育有一定的抑制作用。160 fertilized eggs were randomly divided into four groupsto explore the effect of monochromatic green light on the embryonic muscle development of Bashang long-tail chicken,with the model of 12-hour green light with a wavelength of(525±10)nm and 12-hour darkness,in the groups of low light(30~80 lx),medium light(90~140 lx),and strong light(150~200 lx),the control groupswere always kept in dark.At 12,14,16,18,and 20 embryonic ages,3 eggs were randomly selected from each group.The leg muscles and breast muscles of the embryos were taken to make paraffin sections,and the diameter and cross-sectional area of the leg muscles and breast muscle tissue fibers of each embryonic age were measured.The results showed that at the age of 20 embryos,the diameter and cross-sectional area of the muscle fibers of the legs the breast of Bashang long-tail chicken incubated with medium light were significantly higher than those of the other three groups(P<0.05),while that of those incubated with strong light were significantly smaller than the dark group(P<0.05).The use of medium green light(90~140 lx)during the incubation period can promote the development of embryonic muscle fibers in chickens,and strong green light group(150~200 lx)had a certain inhibitory effect on the development of the breast muscle fibers in the embryonic stage of Bashang long-tail chicken.
