摘  要:社会工作机构作为吸纳社会工作人才的重要载体,其激励机制是否具备吸引并留住专业人才的能力往往是决定组织成败的关键。文章聚焦吸纳社会工作人才的载体机构,基于双因素理论视角对A社工机构的激励机制开展个案研究,通过参与式观察和深度访谈,尝试描绘和提炼本土社会工作机构激励机制的典型特征与困境。Social work organization is an important carrier to absorb social work talents.The ability of incentive mechanism to attract and retain professional talents is often the key to the success of the organization.Focusing on the carrier institution of absorbing social work talents and from the perspective of two-factor theory,this paper conducts a case study on the incentive mechanism of A social work institution,and attempts to describe and summarize the typical characteristics and difficulties of the incentive mechanism of local social work institutions through participatory observation and in-depth interviews.
