全麻颌面部日间手术两种眼睛保护方法应用效果的比较

摘　　要：目的:比较两种方法在全麻颌面部日间手术眼睛保护中应用效果。方法:选取全麻下颌面部日间手术患者102例,按住院号尾数奇偶分为眼膏联合透明敷料组(对照组)和伤口敷料组(实验组)。对照组患者全麻后涂金霉素眼膏后闭合双眼外贴3M透明敷料,实验组患者全麻后直接闭合双眼外贴侧边折叠的3M伤口敷料。比较敷料沾染睫毛和眉毛的发生率、眼部症状及并发症的发生率及护士操作用时。结果:两组患者术后眼部不适及并发症的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组患者术后敷料上沾有眉毛和睫毛的发生率、眼周皮疹及视物模糊发生率、操作所需用时均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对全麻颌面部日间手术患者,3M伤口敷料法是一种简便、有效的眼睛保护方法,患者感受较好。Objective:To compare the two eyes protection methods in the general anesthesia maxillofacial day surgery patients.Methods:selected 102 cases of general anesthesia maxillofacial day surgery patients,divided into eye ointment combined tegaderm group(control group)and wound dressing group(experimental group)according to their hospital number mantissa parity.After general anesthesia,patients in the control group were coated with chlortetracycline eye oint and then closed eyes with 3M tegaderm externally.Patients in the experimental group were directly closed eyes with folded lateral 3M wound dressings externally after general anesthesia.To compare the occurrence of eyelashes and eyebrows staining,the occurrence of eye symptoms and complications,and the operation time of nurses.Results:Postoperative eye discomfort and complications were different between the two groups,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The incidence of eyebrow and eyelash staining,periocular rash,visual blur and the operation time in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:3M wound dressing is a simple and effective method of eye protection for patients undergoing general anesthesia maxillofacial day surgery.
