摘 要:传统的自动变速器的传动大多采用行星轮系,行星齿轮机构比较复杂,通常使用现有模型或者动画视频对行星齿轮机构的运动特性进行分析,这种方法不仅抽象且难以理解。杠杆模拟法的优点是将一个旋转运动系统模拟为人们熟悉的直线运动系统,从而可以直观地在模拟杠杆上对原变速器系统进行分析,文章以单排单级行星齿轮机构为例,对杠杆法在该行星齿轮机构的传动特性中进行分析。The transmission of the traditional automatic transmission mostly adopts the planetary gear system, and the planetary gear mechanism is relatively complex. Usually, the motion characteristics of the planetary gear mechanism are analyzed by using the existing model or animated video. This method is not only abstract but also difficult to understand. The advantage of lever simulation method is that a rotating motion system is simulated as a familiar linear motion system, so that the original transmission system can be intuitively analyzed on the simulated lever. In this paper, the single-row single-stage planetary gear mechanism is taken as an example to analyze the lever method in the transmission characteristics of the planetary gear mechanism.
