摘 要:高标贯击数粉土和黏土地层具有渗透系数小、强度高、土体不易压缩等特点,在此地层中进行盾构隧道施工易产生推力增大和姿态偏离的现象。以印度德里CC126标的实践经验结合理论分析,盾构施工中产生的盾体包浆是造成推力增大和姿态偏离的主要原因。实践表明:控制同步注浆量、在盾尾10环以外二次补浆及中盾处注入膨润土可缓解推力增大、速度变慢的问题;而在盾体包浆情况下,已成型管片底部注浆、安装外周滚刀扩大开挖直径和保证土仓上部压力等措施对盾构姿态纠偏具有显著效果。同时验证了土岩复合盾构机在这种地层中掘进是适用的。The silty and clay strata with high blow count of standard penetration test (SPT) has characteristics of high strength,weak permeability and compressibility. Excavation of soil in such strata causes high jack thrust and alignment deviation easily. Combining theoretical analysis and practical experience in CC126 project,Delhi,India,the main reason is shield encapsulation with grouting liquid during tunneling,which caused high thrust at low speed and deviation in alignment. The practical measures shows that controlling the amount of primary grouting and secondary,grouting after 10th ring from end of tail shield,injection of bentonite from shell ports provided in middle shield can reduce thrust at low speed. Secondary grouting at the bottom of built rings of segment,installation of outer cutter discs and controlling of soil pressure at top of chamber have significant effects on the correction of shield alignment in the condition of shield encapsulation with grouting liquid. In addition,it is verified that soilrock shield is also adaptable for mining in such strata.
