摘  要:以工业硝水与钙液为原料,探究影响合成石膏粒径的因素以及粒径对洗涤石膏内NaCl的影响。实验结果表明:当硝水加入到800 r/min的钙液中,10 min后能获得约15.3μm(D50)的石膏颗粒,经陈化30 h,粒径(D50)可达到25.23μm。三段逆向超声洗涤实验表明:石膏中NaCl的洗涤效果在一定范围内与石膏粒径成反比,5倍石膏质量的水洗涤效果最佳,可将原石膏中NaCl含量从36300 mg/kg洗涤至75.7mg/kg,总洗涤液中NaCl浓度为7244.86 mg/L,效率分别是同样条件下,非超声、非逆向洗涤后的25.4和3倍。With industrial nitrate water and calcium solution as raw materials,the factors impact the synthesis of gypsum particle size and the influence of particle size on NaCl in ultrasonic washing gypsum were investigated.The results showed that the maximum gypsum particle size(D50=15.30μm)could be obtained after 10 minutes when nitrate water was added to the calcium solution stirred at a speed of 800 r/min.The three-stage reverse ultrasonic washing experiment showed that the particle size of gypsum was inversely proportional to NaCl in the washed gypsum in a certain range.The particle size of the smallest gypsum could reach D50=25.23μm after 30 hours of aging.Under the action of ultrasonic wave,reverse washing with water 5 times the mass of gypsum has the best effect.The NaCl content in the original gypsum can be washed to 75.7mg/kg,and the NaCl concentration in the washing solution is 7244.86 mg/L.Under the same condition,after non-ultrasonic and reverse washing,the NaCl content in gypsum is 1927 mg/kg,the NaCl concentration in washing liquid is 2358.2 mg/kg,the efficiency is 25.4 and 3 times after non-ultrasonic and non-reverse washing,respectively.
