现代小切口囊外摘除术与超声乳化摘除术治疗白内障的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较现代小切口囊外摘除术与超声乳化摘除术治疗白内障的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月收治的102例白内障患者作为研究对象,根据手术方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组,每组51例。对照组给予超声乳化摘除术,观察组给予现代小切口囊外摘除术。比较两组的眼压、视力、黄斑区厚度及并发症发生情况。结果术后1周及1个月,观察组的眼压均低于对照组,视力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1、3个月,观察组的黄斑区厚度均小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论现代小切口囊外摘除术与超声乳化摘除术治疗白内障均有效,但前者可更快提高患者视力,且可减小对黄斑区厚度的影响,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the clinical effects of modern small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and phacoemulsification in the treatment of cataract.Methods A total of 102 patients with cataract treated from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different surgical methods,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given phacoemulsification,and the observation group was given modern small incision extracapsular cataract extraction.The intraocular pressure,visual acuity,macular thickness and complications were compared between the two groups.Results At 1 week and 1 month after operation,the intraocular pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the visual acuity were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 months after operation,the macular thickness of the observation group were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modern small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and phacoemulsification in the treatment of cataract are effective,but the former can improve the visual acuity of patients faster,and can reduce the impact on macular thickness and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
