奥拉西坦联合醒脑静治疗急性脑出血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察奥拉西坦联合醒脑静治疗急性脑出血的临床效果。方法将本院2017年4月至2019年12月收治的112例急性脑出血患者按照抽签法分为参照组与联合组,各56例。参照组应用常规方法治疗,联合组在此基础上给予奥拉西坦联合醒脑静治疗。比较两组治疗前、后血清炎症因子水平、氧化应激指标水平及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组的hs-CRP、IL-6水平均显著下降,且联合组低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的NO、MAD水平均显著下降,SOD水平均显著上升,且联合组优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组的治疗总有效率显著高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥拉西坦联合醒脑静治疗急性脑出血可显著降低患者炎症因子水平,减少应激反应,提高临床治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of oxiracetam combined with Xingnaojing in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 112 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital from April 2017 to December 2019 were divided into reference group and combination group according to the drawing method,with 56 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional methods,and the combination group was treated with oxiracetam combined with Xingnaojing on this basis.The levels of serum inflammatory factors,oxidative stress indexes before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 in the two groups significantly decreased,and those in the combination group were lower than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NO and MAD in the two groups significantly decreased,and the levels of SOD significantly increased,and those in the combination group were better than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxiracetam combined with Xingnaojing in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage can significantly reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,stress reaction and improve the clinical treatment effect.
