摘  要:以15个桃品种果实为试材,测定5种矿质元素含量,并利用SPAA16.0数据处理软件对其进行分析。结果表明:(1)桃果实中5种矿质元素的平均含量由高到低为K(14.062mg/g)>Ca(0.181mg/g)>Fe(0.101mg/g)>Na(0.086mg/g)>Zn(0.032mg/g);(2)Ca与Na呈极显著正相关,Fe与Na呈极显著负相关;(3)Ca和Na为桃果实的特征矿质元素;(4)通过对果实矿质元素的分析,综合分值前3的品种分别为‘丹墨’、‘艳霞’、‘三台肉桃’。Contents of 5 mineral elements in fruits of 15 peach cultivars were determined,The content of mineral ele⁃ments in peach fruit was by horizontal analysis and factor analyzed with SPAA16.0.The results showed:(1)The av⁃erage contents of 10 mineral elements followed by the order of K(14.062mg/g)>Ca(0.181mg/g)>Fe(0.101 mg/g)>Na(0.086mg/g)>Zn(0.032mg/g).(2)Between Ca and Na were significantly positive correlation with each other;Extremely significant negative correlation were found between Fe and Na.(3)Ca and Na were zhe characteristic ele⁃ments of peach.(4)The top three peach cultivar for synthesis scores were followed by the order of‘Danmo’,’Yanx⁃ia’,’Santairoutao’.
