摘　　要：目的探讨经颅磁刺激联合星状神经节阻滞(SGB)对脑卒中后语言功能障碍恢复和生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年1~12月我院收治的112例脑卒中后语言功能障碍患者,采用随机数字表法分为联合组和经颅磁刺激组各56例。两组均给予常规药物治疗,经颅磁刺激组同时给予经颅磁刺激治疗,联合组给予经颅磁刺激联合SGB治疗,连续治疗2周。于治疗前、后记录两组患者的波士顿诊断性失语检查法(BDAE)、汉语失语症检查(ABC法)、日常生活能力量表及SF-36健康调查量表评分。结果治疗后,两组患者的BDAE分级、语言能力评分、Barthel指数评分,生理功能、生理职能、总体健康、精力、社会功能、情感职能及精神健康7个方面的生活质量评分均明显好转,且联合组明显优于经颅磁刺激组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经颅磁刺激联合SGB有利于脑卒中后语言功能障碍恢复,且能明显提升患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the effects of transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)combined with stellate ganglion block(SGB)on recovery of language dysfunction and quality of life after stroke.Methods During the period from January 2019 to December 2019,112 patients with language dysfunction after stroke in our hospital were divided into combined group and TMS group by using random number table method,56 in each group.Both groups were given routine drug treatment.On this basis,the TMS group was treated with TMS while the combined group was treated with TMS combined with SGB.They were continuously treated for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,scores of Boston diagnostic aphasia examination(BDAE),aphasia battery of China(ABC method),Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)and SF-36 health survey scale in both groups were recorded.Results After treatment,BDAE grading,language proficiency score,Barthel index,scores of quality of life such as physiological function,physiological role,overall health,energy,social function,emotional role and mental health were significantly improved in both groups and the improvement in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the TMS group(P<0.05).Conclusion TMS combined with SGB is beneficial to recovery of language dysfunction after stroke and can significantly improve the quality of life of the patients as well.
