应用型工科院校社科人才发展治理的实现路径

摘　　要：应用型工科院校社科人才主要指在培养高素质工程应用型人才为目标的高等院校中从事与哲学社会科学领域相关教学、研究及管理工作的教育工作者,具有哲学社会科学人才和教育人才的双重身份。结构不优、布局松散、培养不足以及学风不浓等是当前该类院校社科人才发展治理中存在的突出问题,并深刻影响到中华民族培根铸魂使命任务的完成和国家全局性人才工作布局,对其发展进行治理意义重大。开展应用型工科院校社科人才发展治理,应遵循院校社科人才发展治理的内在价值,并以社科人才发展环境优化为主导思想,在求同存异和科学评价中谋求育才与育人一体化的发展治理思路,从而实现涵养社科人才生态、扩充社科人才总量、提升社科人才内涵和激发社科人才活力的发展治理目标。Social science talents in application-oriented engineering colleges mainly refer to those who are engaged in teaching,research and management related to philosophy and other social sciences in colleges and universities aiming at cultivating high-quality application-oriented engineering talents,and they have dual role as talents in philosophy and other social sciences and those in teaching.In managing the development of talents in social science,those colleges show some prominent problems including non-optimal structure,loose arrangement,insufficient cultivation and weak academic atmosphere,which deeply affect the realization of strengthening the foundation and forming the spirits for the Chinese nation and the overall work about talents.So it is of great significance to carry out management of the development in this area.While carrying out management of the development of social science talents,application-oriented engineering colleges should follow their internal value in this area,take the optimization in the development environment of social science talents as their guiding philosophy,and explore the development management approaches characterized by the integration of talent training and moral cultivation with the principle of seeking common ground while reserving differences and by scientific evaluation,in order to achieve the goal in development management to cultivate the ecosystem for social science talents,expand the total number of social science talents,enrich the connotation in this area and inspire the vitality of social science talents.
