摘　　要：在“1+X”证书制度引领下,工业机器人技术专业人才培养必将根据企业人才需求,制订人才培养方案。文章结合学院工业机器人技术专业建设情况与工业机器人技术人才培养,从岗位定位、职业能力、核心课程、实施与考核等方面探究工业机器人技术专业人才培养,以适应企业人才基本需求,同时,学院“因人施教”,注重“卓越”培养,通过“以赛促学”“导师制”“工学结合”等模式提高学生综合应用能力,培养高素质应用型技术人才。Under the guidance of“1+X”certificate system,the cultivation of industrial robotics professionals will work out talent cultivation plan according to the needs of enterprises.Based on the major construction of industrial robotics and the cultivation of industrial robotics professionals,this paper probes into the cultivation of industrial robotics professionals in our college from the aspects of position orientation,vocational ability,core curriculum,implementation and examination in order to meet the basic needs of enterprise talents.At the same time,our college educates students according to aptitude and pays attention to“excellence”cultivation,improves students’comprehensive application ability through the mode of“promoting study by competition”,“supervisor system”,“combination of industry and engineering”and so on to cultivate high-quality applied technical talents.
