枸橼酸莫沙必利联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎的临床疗效及对血浆胃肠激素和炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的研究枸橼酸莫沙必利联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎患者的临床疗效及对血浆胃肠激素与炎性因子的影响。方法采用整群抽样法抽选2019年1月~2020年2月收治的70例老年反流性食管炎患者进行研究,依据随机数表法将其中35例纳入对照组(予以艾司奥美拉唑),余下35例纳入观察组(于对照组基础上加以枸橼酸莫沙必利),比较两组总有效率与治疗前后血浆胃肠激素及炎性因子的表达水平。结果观察组总有效率比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血浆胃肠激素及炎性因子表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血浆胃肠激素表达水平比对照组更高,炎性因子水平比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年反流性食管炎患者采用枸橼酸莫沙必利联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗疗效显著,能提升血浆胃肠激素水平,降低炎性因子水平。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of mosapride citrate and esomeprazole in elderly patients with reflux esophagitis and their effects on plasma gastrointestinal hormones and inflammatory factors.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to select 70 elderly patients with reflux esophagitis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to February 2020,and 35 of them were included in the control group(esomeprazole was given)according to the random number table method,the remaining 35 cases were included in the observation group(mosapride citrate was added on the basis of the control group),and the total effective rate of the two groups was compared with the levels of plasma gastrointestinal hormones and inflammatory factors before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was signifigantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the expression levels of plasma gastrointestinal hormones and inflammatory factors in the two groups were not significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the expression levels of plasma gastrointestinal hormones in the observation group were signifigantly higher than the control group,and the levels of inflammatory factors were signifigantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with reflux esophagitis with mosapride citrate combined with esomeprazole has a significant effect.It can increase the plasma gastrointestinal hormones level and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
