摘  要:目的:探讨高危胸痛标准化诊治思维培训体系的建立与实施效果。方法:以《胸痛中心建设中国专家共识》为指导,建立高危胸痛标准化诊治思维培训体系,并运用该体系对120名医师实施培训,在培训前后分别进行情景模拟病例实训考核,比较两次考核的差异。并以反馈为依据对培训体系进行效果评估。结果:培训后医师模拟病例的合格率、平均成绩均显著高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。受训医师对体系总体好评率达100%。结论:高危胸痛标准化诊治思维培训体系通过精心设计、合理实施、科学评价,能使受训医师迅速建立系统的专业知识和思维框架,有助于提高受训医师的综合诊治能力。Objective:To explore the establishment and implementation effect of standardized thinking training system for diagnosis and treatment of high-risk chest pain.Method:Guided by the Consensus of Chinese Experts on the Construction of Chest Pain Centers,a standardized thinking training system for diagnosis and treatment of high-risk chest pain was established,and 120 doctors were trained by this system.Before and after training,the training assessment of scenario simulation cases was carried out,and the difference between the two assessment were compared.The effect of the training system was evaluated base on the feedback.Result:The qualification rate and average score of the simulation cases of doctors after training were significantly higher than those before training,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The overall praise rate of the trained doctors to the system reached 100%.Conclusion:Through careful design,reasonable implementation and scientific evaluation,the standardized thinking training system for diagnosis and treatment of high-risk chest pain can help the trained doctors to quickly establish systematic professional knowledge and thinking framework,and help to improve the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment ability of trained doctors.
