摘  要:针对高能电子束剂量学的研究,中国计量科学研究院研制了三维水模体系统并提出精确测量方案。该三维水模体采用全闭环位置反馈系统以确保探测器精准定位,采用人造金刚石和半导体等探测器以确保信号的稳定性和高灵敏度,并具有完善的辐射场监测方案以修正辐射场扰动,环境信息采集系统以实时修正测量信号。完成了9档电子束中心轴百分深度剂量曲线(PDD)的测量和剖面剂量分布(Profile)的扫描,结果表明采用该方案测量电子束射线质时不同探测器一致性好于1mm,该三维水模体达到了设计目标。To study the characteristics of the high-energy electron beam dosimetry,the NIM has developed a 3D water phantom system and proposed an accurate measurement scheme.The 3D water phantom adopts a fully closed-loop position feedback system to ensure precise positioning of the detector and uses the synthetic diamond and semiconductor deteetors to ensure the stability and high sensitivity of the signal.It also has a fully equipped radiation field monitoring scheme to correct radiation field fluctuations so that the experimental environment information acquisition system could be able to correct the measurement signal in real-time.By conducting the measurement of 9-speed electron beam central axis percentage depth dose curve(PDD)and the scan of the dose profile distribution,the results demonstrated that different detectors showed consistency within 1 mm when the scheme was applied to measure the beam quality,and the 3D water phantom has achieved its design objectives.
