摘　　要：目的探究人血浆脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)对动脉粥样硬化脑梗死患者预后和认知的影响。方法回顾性分析扬州江都人民医院神经内科2018年1月至2019年10月收治的首发动脉粥样硬化脑梗死患者153例,根据入院时Lp-PLA2检测结果增高和正常分别分为观察组(69例)和对照组(84例)。比较两组患者住院时间、费用以及入院时、出院3个月、出院6个月时改良Rankin量表评分(MRS)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)和蒙特利尔认知测评(MoCA)评分。结果与观察组比较,对照组住院时间更短,出院3、6个月后MRS、NIHSS和MoCA评分均优于观察组(P<0.05)。两组住院费用比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Lp-PLA2对动脉粥样硬化脑梗死患者的预后和认知均有消极影响并增加患者的住院时间。Objective To investigate the effect of human plasma lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)on the prognosis and cognition of patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 153 patients with first-episode atherosclerotic cerebral infarction admitted to Department of Neurology,Jiangdu People's Hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the results of Lp-PLA2 increased or normal,According to the Lp-PLA2 test result at the time of admission,the patients were divided into observation group(69 cases)and control group(84 cases).Compare the length of hospital stay,cost,and modified Rankin Scale Score(MRS),National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)at admission,three months after discharge,and six months after discharge between the two groups.Results Compared with the observation group,the control group had a shorter hospital stay,and the scores of MRS,NIHSS and MoCA were better than those of the observation group 3 and 6 months after discharge(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hospitalization expenses between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Lp-PLA2 has a negative effect on the prognosis and cognition of patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction,and increases the hospitalization time of patients.
