摘　　要：新形势下上海深化国资国企改革,应在围绕完善出资人职责分工制度安排、推动国资监管机构瘦身强体、实现平台公司赋能扩权、提高国有企业自主经营能力、完善国有企业法人治理结构等方面,形成一整套统筹协调、推进有力的改革举措,逐步完善国有资产管理体制,以提高国有资本运行效率。To deepen the reform of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises under the new situation,Shanghai should focus on improving the institutional arrangements for the division of responsibilities of investors,promoting state-owned regulatory agencies to slim down and strengthen their bodies,realizing the empowerment and expansion of platform companies,improving the independent management capabilities of state-owned enterprises,and improving the corporate governance structure of state-owned enterprises.A set of coordinated and vigorous reform measures will be formed to gradually improve the management system for State-owned assets in order to improve the efficiency of the operation of State-owned capital.
