摘 要:实验对提取的茶树精油、薄荷精油、柚皮精油和柑橘皮精油用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)进行成分鉴定,其中茶树精油鉴定出已知化合物48种;薄荷精油鉴定出34种;柚皮精油和柑橘皮精油各鉴定出10,11种;做总抗氧化活性分析,其活性顺序为:柑橘皮精油>柚皮精油>茶树精油>薄荷精油。萜烯类化合物含量越高,精油抗氧化活性越强,鉴定发现萜烯类化合物为4种精油的共有成分,通过对萜烯类化合物含量和总抗氧化活性的相关性进行分析,表明精油总抗氧化活性与萜烯类化合物含量呈正相关(P<0.05)。In this study,the components of Melaleuca alternifolia essential oil,peppermint essential oil,pomelo peel essential oil and orange peel essential oil extracted by steam distillation are identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).A total of 48,34,10,11 volatile compounds from the essential oils of Melaleuca alternifolia,peppermint,pomelo peel and orange peel are identified.The total antioxidant activity is analyzed for the four essential oils,and the order of total antioxidant activity is:orange peel essential oil>pomelo peel essential oil>Melaleuca alternifolia essential oil>peppermint essential oil.The higher the content of terpenes,the stronger the antioxidant activity of essential oils.It is found that terpenes are the common components of the four essential oils,the correlation analysis between the content of terpenes and the total antioxidant activity shows that the total antioxidant activity of essential oils is positively correlated with the content of terpenes(P<0.05).
