摘  要:烹调香料调味品中掺杂罂粟壳会造成健康危害,液相色谱是鉴别调味品中违法添加罂粟壳的最佳方法。该研究采用己烷磺酸钠为离子对试剂,通过优化流动相条件和选择最佳检测波长,建立液相色谱分析方法检测罂粟壳中标志性成分罂粟碱的含量,在0.05~5.0μg/mL质量浓度范围内,罂粟碱含量与液相色谱峰面积线性相关,方法检出限为0.01μg/mL,样品检测精密度<1.5%,加标回收率为78.5%~91.2%。建立的离子对液相色谱法具有仪器简单、定性和定量结果准确可靠的优点,加入的己烷磺酸钠和罂粟碱形成中性离子对,改善了罂粟碱在烷基C18柱上的保留,该方法适用于烹调香料中违法添加罂粟壳的快速鉴别与筛查,可供基层实验室参考借鉴。Adulterate poppy capsules in cooking spices can cause health hazards,and HPLC is the best method to identify illegal addition of poppy capsules in condiment.In this study,by optimizing the mobile phase conditions and selecting the best detection wavelength,sodium hexanesulfonate is used as an ion-pairing reagent to establish a HPLC method for detecting the content of papaverine in poppy capsules.The content of papaverine is linearly related to the peak area of liquid chromatography in the range of 0.05~5.0μg/mL,and the detection limit of the method is 0.01μg/mL.The sample detection precision is less than 1.5%,and the standard recovery rate is 78.5%~91.2%.The established ion-pair liquid chromatography has the advantages of simple equipment,accurate and reliable qualitative and quantitative results.The addition of sodium hexanesulfonate forms a neutral ion pair with papaverine,which improves the retention of papaverine on the alkyl C18 column.The method is suitable for the rapid identification and screening of illegally added poppy capsules in cooking spices,which can be used for reference by basic laboratories.
