羟糖苷滴眼液联合普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究羟糖苷滴眼液联合普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床效果。方法选取抚顺市眼病医院2018年5月~2019年8月收治的50例干眼症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(25例)与研究组(25例)。对照组采用羟糖苷滴眼液治疗,研究组采用羟糖苷滴眼液联合普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗,均治疗2个星期。比较两组的治疗效果和泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌量以及生活质量。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌量以及生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组的泪膜破裂时间长于治疗前,泪液分泌量多于治疗前,生活质量评分高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组泪膜破裂时间长于对照组,泪液分泌量多于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论羟糖苷滴眼液联合普拉洛芬滴眼液可以明显延长干眼症泪膜破裂时间,增加泪液分泌量,同时提高患者的生活质量,具有理想的效果,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Hydroxyglycoside Eye Drops combined with Pranoprofen Eye Drops in the treatment of dry eye.Methods A total of 50 patients with dry eye treated in Fushun Ophthalmopathy Hospital from May 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(25 cases)and the study group(25 cases)according to random number table method.The patients in control group were treated with Hydroxyglycoside Eye Drops,and the patients in study group were treated with Hydroxyglycoside Eye Drops combined with Pranoprofen Eye Drops,they were treated for 2 weeks.The treatment effect and tear film rupture time,tear secretion,and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in tear film rupture time,tear secretion volume and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);tear film rupture time after treatment in the two groups was longer than that before treatment,and tear secretion was more than that before treatment,the quality of life score was higher than that before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the tear film rupture time of the study group was longer than that of the control group,and the amount of tear secretion was more than that of the control group,the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hydroxyglycoside Eye Drops combined with Pranoprofen Eye Drops can significantly prolong the tear film rupture time of dry eye,increase tear secretion,and at the same time improve the quality of life of patients.It has an ideal effect and is worthy of promotion.
