长三角创业环境对大学生创业意愿的影响——基于创业价值观视角

摘　　要：长三角地区是中国最具活力和竞争力的经济区域之一。基于长三角地区经济社会发展特点和大学生创新创业教育的现状,构建创业环境、创业意愿和创业价值三者的模型,分析创业价值观对大学生创业意愿的影响机制。可以发现,创业环境对大学生创业意愿有着显著的正向影响,同时创业价值观起到显著的中介作用。长三角地区创业环境变化之下,要更加重视大学生创业价值观的教育和建设,通过创业价值观的积极作用去引导大学生创业者把握机遇、应对挑战。The Yangtze River Delta is one of the most dynamic and competitive economic regions in China.Based on the characteristics of economic and social development in the delta and the current situation of college students innovation and entrepreneurship education,this paper constructs a model of entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurial value,and analyzes the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial values on college students entrepreneurial willingness.It is found that entrepreneurial environment has a significant positive impact on their entrepreneurial intention.Meanwhile,entrepreneurial values play a significant intermediary role.Thus,more attention should be paid to the education and construction of college students entrepreneurial values,and to guide these young entrepreneurs to grasp the opportunities and respond to challenges by the positive role of entrepreneurial values.
