摘　　要：目的:探讨多模态超声联合MRI在诊断早期乳腺癌中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年7月至2019年7月经手术或穿刺病理检查患有乳腺病变的患者162例,其中早期乳腺癌62例、非乳腺癌100例,所有患者均给予多模态超声(二维超声、彩色多普勒血流成像和超声造影)和MRI检查,以病理学检查为对照,分析多模态超声、MRI及二者联合对早期乳腺癌的诊断价值。采用SPSS 22.0软件进行数据分析。结果:在诊断早期乳腺癌的敏感度、特异度、准确度中,多模态超声分别为83.87%、84.00%、83.95%,MRI分别为80.65%、78.00%、79.01%,多模态超声联合MRI分别为96.77%、96.00%、96.30%,多模态超声联合MRI诊断明显高于单独多模态超声、MRI诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多模态超声和MRI对早期乳腺癌具有较好的诊断价值,且二者联合的诊断价值更高,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the application value of multimodal ultrasound combined with magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of early breast cancer.Methods Totally 162 patients(62 early breast cancer ones and 100 non-breast cancer ones)with breast lesions confirmed by surgical or puncture pathology from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected,all of whom were examined with multimodal ultrasound(2D ultrasound,color Doppler flow imaging and ultrasonography)and MRI to analyze the values of multimodal ultrasound,MRI and the combination of the two for diagnosing early breast cancer using pathological examination result as a control.SPSS 22.0 software was used for data analysis.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of diagnosing early breast cancer were 83.87%,84.00%and 83.95%by multimodal ultrasound,80.65%,78.00%and 79.01%by MRI,respectively,and 96.77%,96.00%and 96.30%for multimodal ultrasound combined with MRI,which were significantly higher than those by MRI or multimodal ultrasound alone(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimodal ultrasound and MRI both have high diagnostic values for diagnosing early breast cancer,and the combination of them gains advantages over each of them alone and thus is worthy promoting clinically.
