摘　　要：目的调查湖北省武汉市新冠肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)一线护理人员的心理状况,为后续心理辅导作参考。方法2020-02采用自编调查问卷,对154名参加湖北武汉市一线抗疫护理人员进行问卷星心理状况调查,并针对其心理感受、心理压力源、心理认知和压力应对策略现状进行原因分析。结果心理感受:经常或持续积极感受的占比67.53%~79.22%,持续消极感受的仅有7.79%~12.99%。近一半的人(44.81%)认为自己经常或持续需要激励或鼓励;心理压力源:担心工作中有不胜任的地方(如自己不熟悉的操作)、担心自己或家人被感染的风险和担心新环境中的社交关系位列前三;心理认知:正性的心理认知平均7.05~8.23分,负性的心理认知平均5.03~6.32分;压力应对策略:最主要的是与亲朋好友交流和自我积极消化。从未寻求心理问题的专业咨询者占81.17%。结论湖北武汉市一线抗疫护理人员总体心理状况较积极和正向,展现出了青年一代护士的责任与担当。心理压力源以工作为主,缺乏专业心理疏通途径,建议管理者应充分通过激励等手段提高其积极心理品质,在工作中要尽可能创造和谐安全、高凝聚力的工作环境,同时应促进专业心理团队的建设,加强组织支持。Objective To investigate the psychological status of nursing staff during coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in Wuhan city,Hubei province,so as to provide reference for follow-up psychological counseling.Methods A total of 154 nurses who took part in the anti-epidemic work in Wuhan city of Hubei province were investigated with self-made questionnaire in February,2020,and their psychological feelings,sources of psychological stress,psychological cognition and coping strategies were analyzed.Results Psychological feeling:67.53%~79.22%of them had positive feeling frequently or persistently,but only 7.79%~12.99%of them had negative feeling frequently or persistently.Nearly half of them(44.81%)thought that they needed motivation or encouragement frequently or continuously;Psychological stressors:The top three were worry about incompetence in work(such as unfamiliar operation),worry about the risk of infection of themselves or family members,and worry about social relations in new environment;Psychological cognition:the average score of positive psychological cognition was 7.05~8.23,and that of negative psychological cognition was 5.03~6.32;Stress coping strategies:The most important thing is to communicate with relatives and friends and self-positive digestion.81.17%of them had never sought professional counseling.Conclusions The psychological status of nurses in the front line of epidemic prevention in Wuhan city of Hubei province was positive,which showed the responsibility of the young nurses.The main source of psychological pressure is work,and there is a lack of professional psychological dredging channels.It is suggested that managers fully improve their positive psychological quality through incentives and other means,create a harmonious,safe and highly cohesive working environment in their work,and promote the construction of professional psychological team and strengthen organizational support.
