试论中国人口学的本土特色——基于学科体系、学术体系与话语体系的视角

摘　　要：如何认识学科的本土特质,并把握其发展过程中的本土逻辑,是建设中国特色人口学的基础性问题。着眼于学科体系、学术体系和话语体系三个维度,基于对新中国成立以来学科重要文献的综合考察,将中国人口学已形成或正在形成的本土特色及其内在逻辑进行提炼总结,可以发现:中国人口学形成了以马克思主义特色人口理论为核心,以人口方法和人口应用为“两翼”的学科体系;开创了基于本土“文化—制度”情景、推进人口现代化发展实践的学术体系;构建了强调“家国一体”、突出情感共鸣的话语体系,具有鲜明的本土特色。How to understand the native characteristics of Chinese demography as a discipline and grasp the logic of its native development process is the basic issue of constructing the demography with Chinese character⁃istics.Focusing on three dimensions,i.e.discipline system,academic system,and discourse system,and based on the comprehensive investigation of important literatures of Chinese demography as a discipline since the es⁃tablishment of the PRC,it is possible to extract and summarize the formed and developing native characteristics of Chinese demography and its internal logic.It can be found that Chinese demography has formed a discipline system with demographic theory with Marxist characteristics as the core and an discipline system with demo⁃graphic methodology and demographic application as“two wings”;has created an academic system in the na⁃tive“culture-system”context to promote the practice of population modernization development;has construct⁃ed a discourse system with distinctive native characteristics that emphasizes“the integration of family and na⁃tion”and emotional resonance.
