摘　　要：目的探讨SRSF1在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达情况及与临床预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测55例膀胱尿路上皮癌及10例正常膀胱组织中SRSF1蛋白的表达情况,Western blot方法检测膀胱癌组织中SRSF1蛋白的表达水平,并对55例患者进行随访,结合相关临床指标和随访指标,采用χ2检验、Kaplan-Meier法、Cox回归进行统计分析。结果SRSF1在膀胱尿路上皮细胞癌中阳性表达率为72.73%,明显高于正常膀胱组织表达(P<0.01),SRSF1蛋白在膀胱癌组织中高表达与病理分级、是否转移显著相关。膀胱癌中SRSF1蛋白阳性表达组的总体生存率显著低于阴性表达组(P<0.05),病理分级、临床分期、SRSF1的表达是患者预后的独立因素。结论SRSF1可能作为膀胱癌预测、治疗的新靶点。Objective To study the expression of SRSF1 and its association with prognosis in bladder urothelial cell carcinoma(BUCC).Methods The expressions of SRSF1 were detected by immunohistochemical method in 55 BUCC tissues and 10 normal bladder tissues,and the expression of SRSF1 protein in bladder cancer was detected by Western blot method.All 55 patients were followed up,the clinicopatholgic data and Follow-up date were analyzed byχ2 test,KaplanMeier survival analysis and Cox regression.Results The positive expression rate of SRSF1 in BUCC was 72.73%,significantly higher than normal bladder tissue(P<0.01),SRSF1 protein was highly expressed in bladder cancer tissues,positively related to the pathological grading and metastasis.After 5 years of follow-up,the overall survival rate of SRSF1 protein positive expression in bladder cancer was significantly lower than that in negative expression group(P<0.05).Cox multivariate analysis showed pathological grade,clinical stage,and expression of SRSF1 were independent factors in the prognosis of patients.Conclusion SRSF1 might be involved in the pathogenesis of bladder cancer and clinical progress,be a potential target for the prediction and treatment of bladder cancer.
