摘  要:目的:探讨淫羊藿苷与磷酸钙骨水泥形成蛋白载体修复骨缺损的相关性。方法:选取2017年6月~2019年3月我院收治的牙周炎骨缺损80例患者,分为修复组和对照组,每组各40例;对照组实施单用磷酸钙骨水泥骨缺损常规修复,修复组采用淫羊藿苷与磷酸钙骨水泥形成蛋白载体修复,分析淫羊藿苷与磷酸钙骨水泥形成蛋白载体和修复骨缺损的相关性。结果:经淫羊藿苷与磷酸钙骨水泥形成蛋白载体修复术后12个月,修复组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。淫羊藿苷与磷酸钙骨水泥形成蛋白载体修复骨缺损和碱性磷酸酶、修复愈合程度呈正相关。结论:淫羊藿苷与磷酸钙骨水泥形成蛋白载体修复骨缺损效果较好,优于单用磷酸钙骨水泥常规修复。Objective:To investigate the correlation analysis between icariin and calcium phosphate cement forming protein carrier to repair bone defects.Methods:From June 2017 to March 2019, 80 patients with periodontitis bone defect admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into repair group and control group with 40 cases each that the control group performed routine repair, and the repair group used adult icariin and calcium phosphate bone cement form a protein carrier for repair.And the relationship between icariin and calcium phosphate cement to form a protein carrier and repair bone defects in the two groups of patients was analyzed.Results:After 12 months of repair by icariin and calcium phosphate cement to form a protein carrier, the repair group had a higher effective rate than the control group(P<0.05), while the X-ray bone defect was compared with statistical significance(P<0.05). Icariin and calcium phosphate cement protein carrier to repair bone defects was positively correlated with alkaline phosphatase and the degree of healing.Conclusion:Icariin and calcium phosphate bone cement form a protein carrier to repair bone defects, which is better than conventional repair.
