防护牙套对全麻支撑喉镜术口腔防护的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨防护牙套对全麻支撑喉镜术口腔防护的疗效研究。方法:回顾我院经全麻支撑喉镜术治疗的患者150例,对照组行常规支撑喉镜术,实验组在对照组基础上术前戴上防护牙套。结果:全麻下支撑喉镜术患者术前牙周组和修复体组中戴用防护牙套,均较未戴用者可有效预防牙龈损伤、修复体损伤、唇不适及压疮(P<0.05)。结论:支撑喉镜手术前戴用防护牙套能显著降低医疗和口腔因素导致的医疗风险和事故。Objective:To investigate the effect of mouthguards on oral protection after self-retaining laryngoscopy under general anesthesia.Methods:A total of 150 patients with general anesthesia who were treated in our hospital were reviewed and selected,that routine self-retaining laryngoscopy in control group,the observation group preoperatively wore mouthguards on the basis of the control group.Results:In the periodontal group and the prosthesis group,the mouthguards had a significant protective effect on the prevention of gingival injury,prosthesis injuries,lip discomfort and pressure ulcers compared with the non-wearing group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wearing mouthguards can significantly reduce the medical risk and accident caused by medical and oral factors before self-retaining laryngoscope.
