摘  要:氯乙酸生产工艺3D虚拟仿真实验以氯乙酸的制备、分离及尾气回收为主线,将化学基础理论、化工单元操作、典型化工设备原理与操作融入认识实习与生产实习两部分内容中。采用教师引领、学生自主学习的教学模式,通过仿真软件平台可对学生的课前、课中、课后进行精准的管理与评价。该实验不仅可以帮助学生理解、掌握"三传一反"典型化工单元操作及设备在化工工艺中的应用,解决实习的难题,而且可以培养他们的安全生产意识。The 3D virtual simulation experiment of chloroacetic acid production process is set based on the preparation,separation and tail gas recovery of chloroacetic acid.It integrates the basic chemical theory,chemical unit operation,typical chemical equipment principles and operations into two parts of cognition practice and production practice.A teaching model based on students’ self-directed learning and teacher guidance is adopted,and the quality management and evaluation can be accurate to before,in and after class through simulation software platform.The virtual simulation experiment teaching can not only help students master the application of typical unit operations and the corresponding typical equipment in chemical process,and solve the students′internship problem,but also cultivate the safety production consciousness.
